As a founding leader with North Point Ministries, I learned about the incredible power a unified Vision, Mission and Strategy can have on an organization. I found that unity and clarity, together as one, is a powerful catalyst - the key to making a church thrive. That’s why I started Unified Clarity.
Recognizing that a “cut-and-paste” mentality would not generate effective local churches, my passion has been to guide churches to develop and effectively communicate their own unique vision for reaching their city. Including shoring them up for their next stages of growth by implementing crucial systems.
It’s been a pleasure for me to walk alongside church leaders since 2004 in over 25 countries. I love empowering their teams through collaborative problem solving, cultural adaptation, and personal ownership.
